TalentSoft WebTalk is equiped with a feature that allows you to sendand recieve messages to specific users. These messages are sent privatelyand will not be viewed by other users. This feature is accessible on the main menu, but can also be used whenyou are already in a channel.

There are two ways to write a Private Message. You can choosethe private messages button on the main menu (as shown above), or choosethe Write User button inside a channel.

In both cases you will see something similar to what is shown above.To send a message simply type the alias of the person who is to recievethe message in the "user" box, type what you would like to sayto them in the "message" box and click the Write Userbutton.

The messages you recieve will be displayed as recieve them. They canalso be accesed by clicking the Private Messages button. The numberof messages displayed can be changed in the main menu by clicking on thedrop box to the left of the Private Messages button and choosingthe number of messages you would like displayed.

Messages will remain in the Private Messages screen until you deletethem. To delete them you simply click on the delete messages button. THISWILL DELETE ALL YOUR MESSAGES.
